A series of faux commercials originally conceived as a back-story for the "stay at home girlfriend" character in the "Yemenwed - No Image" performance. They speak to a hypothetical "solitary female" demographic and suggest all of the things that are lacking or need improvement in her life. We use the language and production value of high end commercials intentionally to draw attention to the role of advertising in sowing personal deficiency and shaping the mood and aesthetics of reality.
